Getting a loan doesn't have to be a nightmare and sometimes emergencies come up where you need immediately. There are Secured Home Loans out there for people who have less than perfect credit and need a loan for debt consilidation or, perhaps to just get something financed. Magic Loans offers this service (in the UK) and try to make it as painless as possible. You can apply online or request a callback. It's that simple. There is even a loan calculator for you to use on the website so you can figure up how much your repayment will be over a certain length of time. If you've had trouble in the past and you live in the UK, then it may be worth your time to check it out.

Blog for Sale
Since I have quite of few readers to this blog, I thought I would mention a blog that is up for sale. Cman is selling his blog. If you are intested, then you should head over and check out his stats. They are pretty darn good with a brand new pagerank! I hate to see him leave the blogging world because he has been my blogging mentor but I guess there are more important things in his life right now. Check it out and wish him well.

New Truck in the Works
We have been thinking about getting a new truck for 2008. I think our truck is great but the miles are adding up. Luckily, one thing we won't be worrying about this time at the dealership is getting offered bad credit loans. Why? Because we have worked super hard to make sure our credit is good. You should be on top of your credit report. Check it atleast two times a year to make sure everything is on the up and up. Oh, I hope we get a beautiful brown truck!

Forums Are Our Friend
I wrote on my other blog 'Blogging with Cents' about the benefits of forums and thought I would mention it here. It's a great way to increase traffic, gain friends, and take in a huge amount of knowledge. I would be lost if it wasn't for many of these forums. You can get answers to your questions fast. If you haven't been to that blog, then head on over and check it out. I provided a list of the ones I'm a part of and that may interest you as well. Just a tip: Make sure you keep up where you start threads and don't overwhelm yourself by registering with all of them. Start with one and go from there.

PR Update - How'd You Do?
Woohoo...the update has been done and my PR here at B Money Savvy went from a 0 to a 3!! Not too bad, eh! I was very excited for many reasons, number one being PayPerPost. This means I am qualified for MORE opps and bigger pay! There were many people who were dissappointed with the update but I can't complain. Now to keep my PR up or, perhaps, even increase it!! That would be awesome.

Faucet Makeover
The house we live in is pretty old and has ancient faucets. My mom recently bought a new Delta faucet and I thought about getting one for my kitchen. I would really like one that is tall because our sinks are pretty shallow. It's hard to get our big pans in the sink alone and even harder when the faucet is low. I hate spending money on these types of things so I'll be searching for a cost effective way to buy and install them. If you can install them yourself, you'll save a good chunk of change. They are pretty easy to install so you, a friend, or spouse should be able to do it.

Blog Makeover Coming Soon
Here in the next couple of weeks, I will be redesigning things here and changing stuff up. If you have any suggestions or critiques to give, please feel free to do that. I hope to make as smooth and painless as possible. I will be getting a new template, changing the categories up a bit, and adding some new info. Lots to look forward to!

Credit and How to Fix it
I have talked about how to repair credit before, but I think it's very important so I am discussing it again. If you want a cell phone, new car, or even insurance, you cannot have bad credit. You need good credit to get all these things. There's nothing more embarrassing than being denied when your at the store trying to apply for that in-store credit card.
There are many things that you can do to help your credit but if your credit is just awful, then you may want to consider some kind of help. There are agencies that help you repair your credit through a process. A company like Ovation Law can help you.
One of the first things I noticed when visiting this site was the BBB logo at the top right. I clicked on it to check the company out and was pleased with the overall results. They had very few "problems" and all were taken care of immediately. Their goal is to remove questionable items from your report-charge offs, repossessions, and incorrect personal information to list a few. If you have bad credit and are striving to improve it the right way, then this may be your answer. Ovation Law provides customized credit report repair, real time customer service, and tons of free information to repair credit through a painless process. They have ebooks available for download and offer an online video center showing you how credit report repair works.
They offer a full refund policy and even dedicated a page about the FTC and Ovation Law relationship. This tells me they care about their reputation and stand behind their practice with honor and respect. They are working for you and to help get your bad credit on the right path,
This all brings me back to the BBB logo. The best way to really learn how good a company is, is to check out there BBB file, which is proudly, displayed right in front. Read it, browse the Ovation Law site, and start experiencing good credit.

Just Joined Bloggerwave
I just recently joined Bloggerwave. It is a paid to blog company similiar to others and is a great place to earn money online. I learned about the program through some other fellow bloggers that have joined and based on their positive experiences, I decided to jump on the bandwagon. I definately think you can earn some good pocket change through them and encourage you to give them a try. It is not as difficult to be accepted as it is with some of those other companies. Don't take my word for it, go sign up now.

A Loan For Your Blogging Career
Are you a serious blogger? Would you consider personal loans just to setup your money making venture? If you did get a loan, what would you use it for?
I know some people have thought about this and you really need to evaluate your intentions and potential first. It's really easy to want to get a cash loan so you can get a new blog design, your own host & domain, and stuff for your home office but if you're not sure you'll succeed in your money making venture, why spend the extra dough. Start out free and work your way up. Make a plan and if you're going to buy anything, buy a domain name first. You can always transfer that from a free host to a paid host later. Take baby steps and don't get caught up in all the hype to redesign and such. Do what's best for you.

10 Tips for Becoming a Great Blogger
Successful blogging is not just about being the best writer on the web or even the most prolific. Being a successful blogger is about creating a connection with an audience by providing relevant content, nurturing that relationship with comments and links and keeping the dialogue flowing. Here are ten tips to get you started...
1. Understand the fundamentals of Blogger Relations
While anyone can set up a blog in a day and start publishing articles, it takes far more work to be a great blogger and see the real benefits of blogging. First, you need to have a blogging strategy that is in line with your PR strategy and business goals. Next, you have to provide relevant content. Most importantly, you must conduct what is called Blogger Relations. Blogger Relations is what blogging is all about—starting and maintaining a conversation. Unlike Public Relations or media relations where you are trying to pitch your story, with Blogger Relations you initiate and participate in ongoing discussions with other bloggers and your target audience. As the conversation progresses, you get to know the other players in your industry; you gain credibility by listening as well as commenting; and you gain new readers as other bloggers provide links back to your blog to give you credit for your ideas. The more you conduct Blogger Relations, the more successful your blogging will be.
